What to expect in Tanzania
Situated in East Africa, Tanzania is home to Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro. It is notably known for its affluent wildlife national parks like Serengeti which is populated by the big five (elephants, rhinos, lions, leopards and buffalos).
Best time to visit is between June – August as this is during the dry season and the weather is at its best with minimal/no rainfall. January – February is the best time to visit the national parks as this is the period that herds of zebras, wildebeests and buffalos migrate to better grazing areas.
